Star Student-Ashton

Ashton was our Star Student this week!

Here is what we learned about Ashton:

• "The Bible" is my favorite book.
• I am good at math.
• Playing is my favorite thing to do in the winter.
• Playing is my favorite thing to do in the summer.
• Math is my favorite subject in school.
• If I had a million dollars, I would give it to my family!
• I want to be a fireman when I grow up.
• I want to learn more about my family.

Balloon Pop!

A few weeks ago our very own Dawson attended the University of Louisville's Speed School Engineering Expo.  While he was there he participated in the Elementary Rube Goldberg balloon pop and he won 2nd place!  Dawson was recognized during morning meeting and he was invited to show his invention at the March school board meeting!  He also brought his invention to our classroom to show us how it worked.  We are so proud of his accomplishments!

Star Student-Tolbert

• Staying warm is my favorite thing to do in the winter.
• Going outside is my favorite thing to do in the summer.
• Math is my favorite subject in school.
• If I had a million dollars, I would buy all the Ford's!
• I want to be a farmer when I grow up.
• I want to learn more about horses.
• I wish that I could live forever!
• My favorite thing to eat is chicken.

• I want to learn more about farming.
• I wish that I was out of school!
• My favorite thing to eat is beef jerky.
